Hawaiʻi Remote Research Track

4 weeks

This track allows you to join one of Wonderfield’s active Hawaiʻi research programs remotely without traveling for the in-person field component. Each project accepts only three remote seats, creating a selective environment where your contribution can be meaningful rather than symbolic. Guided by the project mentor, you learn how the research question is formed, how the field study or experimental design is structured, and how evidence is transformed into analysis. You may participate in data organization, interpretation, visualization, and manuscript development, with second- or third-author publication opportunities determined by your actual contribution to the final research work.

Deliverables
  • Participation in a carefully selected Hawaiʻi research topic with guided access to the project workflow.
  • Concrete contribution to data analysis, interpretation, visualization, or manuscript development.
  • Second- or third-author publication opportunity.
